Overview:
Alphaglow is the 10% Glycolic acid cream in combination with Alpha arbutin and Kojic acid Dipalmitate. Glycolic acid is a rapid exfoliant. On the surface of the skin, it dissolves the fatty molecules that keep the dead, dry skin cells on the surface of the skin. When Glycolic Acid dissolves these molecules, the dead skin cells are washed away, leaving only the new, radiant skin behind.
Kojic Acid Dipalmitate: Studies have shown that it is effective as a skin lightening agent; inhibit production of melanin (brown pigment)
Alpha-Arbutin is a pure water soluble, most advanced skin lightening ingredient, it is the epimer of Arbutin, and it has a stronger inhibitory action than that of (beta) Arbutin, Alpha-Arbutin promotes lightening and an even skin tone on all skin types. Alpha-Arbutin blocks epidermal melanin biosynthesis by inhibiting enzymatic oxidation of Tyrosine and Dopa.
